Processing Archivist (Full-Time) - Kentucky Historical Society
The Processing Archivist will work in the best interest of the Kentucky Historical Society (KHS) and its mission as well as work to help colleagues throughout the organization succeed. This position is responsible for the processing and cataloging of archival collections at KHS. Processing responsibilities include the processing, research, description and organization of archival collections according to best practices and KHS guidelines. Cataloging responsibilities include the creation of catalog and metadata records and finding aids for archival collections including manuscript, graphic, map, rare book and rare imprint materials.
The Processing Archivist works collaboratively with other KHS staff to enhance the description of archival collections and increase public access to materials. The Processing Archivist will also assist with the assessment and research of collections and potential collections.

Museum Programs Educator (Full-Time) - Kentucky Historical Society
The Museum Educator will work to fulfill the mission of the Kentucky Historical Society as well as help their colleagues throughout the organization succeed. The position plays an integral part on the Learning Team. The Museum Programs Educator will work with members of the Learning Team to offer student and public museum programs such as field trips, tours, museum experiences, and events at our three museum sites: the Thomas D. Clark Center for Kentucky History, the Old State Capitol, and the Kentucky Military History Museum.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitating experiences and programs for the K-12 audience
- Implementing programs and resources for museum guests of all ages
- Providing stewardship of KHS resources

Senior Curator (Full-Time) - Kentucky Historical Society
The Senior Curator works to fulfill the mission of the Kentucky Historical Society (KHS) and helps their colleagues throughout the organization succeed. The Senior Curator ensures KHS continues to excel in modeling high standards of care of out collection as an American Alliance of Museums accredited institution and a Smithsonian Affiliate. This position ensures the stewardship of the KHS collection so that these strategic assets are continuously accessible to people for research, teaching, and writing about Kentucky history. The Senior Curator provides both administrative and tactical support to the Historical Resources Division with a focus on coordinating object collections team activities. The Senior Curator is highly collaborative, often working in partnership with internal colleagues as well as supporting collecting organizations across the Commonwealth. The Senior Curator will work under the direction of the Director of Historical Resources to implement strategic initiatives for KHS involving collections development and access.

Director of Engagement (Full-Time) - Historic Locust Grove
Historic Locust Grove seeks a strategic and dynamic Director of Engagement to lead and grow public-facing programs, interpretive events, community partnerships, and mission-based experiences. This role develops, implements, and executes a comprehensive annual program calendar with a focus on meaningful engagement, mission impact, and strategic audience growth while preserving the historic integrity of the site.
This position serves as a mission-focused ambassador, ensuring our programs reflect the values, hospitality, and interpretive goals of Historic Locust Grove. The Director of Engagement works collaboratively across all departments.
